Refund Policy

Return Window:
Econiko offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@econiko.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. For any concerns about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
